Parkfield Medical Centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. If you have any concerns please let us know. We take your complaints very seriously. Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable; your GP, our practice manager or a member of our reception team. In the majority of cases concerns can be resolved quite easily. However if you feel that we have not dealt with the issues you have raised you can speak to the Patients Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who may be able to resolve your concerns immediately without the need to make a formal complaint.
