However, most schools should know the date of their second visit from the VUK team (and almost every school has a double visit) so it may be worth only contacting if the child cannot attend the second visit.
For those attending a Special Educational Needs school though they would need to contact the main HCT SAIS service for their vaccine catch-up; but these are generally arranged alongside the school and are chased up by the nurses proactively so I wouldn’t expect you to get many calls regarding SEN School patients. Those handful of patients who attend a HV CCG GP practice but attend school outside of the area will need to contact the local authority area for their catch-up.
