New website for free condoms and sexually transmitted diseases tests

A new website has launched for people in Hertfordshire to order free condoms, chlamydia and gonorrhoea tests.

The Get It website, run by Metro Charity, allows anyone aged 16 or over living in the county to order condoms and sexual health tests. These can be delivered discreetly to their home for free, or to one of many pick-up points across the county.
Metro Charity now delivers sexual health education and prevention services across Hertfordshire, taking over responsibilities from Terrence Higgins Trust.
Local HIV support continues to be available from Sexual Health Hertfordshire. There’s more about sexual health services in Hertfordshire on the Hertfordshire County Council website.

In Essex, you can find out how to get free condoms on the Essex Sexual Health Service website. You can also find out about self-test kits for sexually transmitted diseases. There’s more about sexual health services in Essex on the Essex County Council website.
