Medical records are written by clinicians for clinicians and are a record designed to aid continuity of care. They are NOT written with patients as the target audience.
Your medical records include viewed results with clinician’s comments. In many circumstances normal results, by their very nature, have abnormalities. It is for the clinician to interpret what is normal and what is not in most cases.
From a safeguarding perspective, it is of upmost importance that you protect your access to your personal medical records. We would strongly advise you not to share your access information.
